Each one portion 4 tablets contains 4000 mg of these important amino acids. RECOMMENDED USE: Recommended use: Two servings daily. On training days one serving 30 min. before the training and one serving just after the training. On rest days one serving in the morning after waking up and one serving in the afternoon between meals. One serving is 4 tablets, swallow tablets  with 300 ml of water or juice. Recommended daily portion is 8 tablets.
