PROFESSIONAL EAA  has been designed to quickly restore amino acid levels before and after hard training. Each one portion 12g contains 8532 mg of these important amino acids. Recommended use: Two servings daily. On training days one serving 30 min before the training and one serving just after the training. On rest days one serving in the morning after waking up and one serving in the afternoon between meals. One serving is 12 g of the product (2 scoops) dissolved in 250 ml of water. Note: For better solubility, dissolve the product in water or milk and shake for 30 seconds in a shaker. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Recommended daily portion is 24 grams.
