TAURUS BED

TAURUS The Taurus bed is intended to be used within a Nursing Home or domestic environment. It is designed to provide users with optimum independence and freedom of movement. Operating via touch button control handset allows the occupant to select positioning as required. It is designed to support persons up to 190 kg in weight. The Taurus bed is manufactured as a sturdy steel design and is coated in a durable powder coated finish. When connected to the domestic mains supply, actuators at each end allow the mattress platform to be positioned at any height between 400 mm and 800 mm. The platform may also be tilted head up or foot up by operating the appropriate handset control. Two further actuators beneath the platform allow full profiling capability of the backrest and knee break features. The bed comes complete with full length wooden side rails, high quality wooden ends and lifting pole. It’s available in two versions with either wooden or steel slats fitted to the mattress platform. The Taurus bed offers both comfort and ease of use. It comprises a number of manageable parts that can be assembled and disassembled with the minimum amount of effort.
